About the job
In this pivotal role, you will drive digitalization efforts and collaborate with international stakeholders and local marketing colleagues across the EMEA region. As a member of the global marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of Trade Marketing in Italy.
You will be part of our Graduate and Early Career Program (GEC) of 18 months, which enables you to:
- Deliver meaningful projects with impact on our local and global business – from the very beginning

Your tasks
- Centralize catalogues in EMEA and find the right tool to manage this important change.
- Move in the digital direction while minimizing printing costs.
- Create the best material solutions to ensure the coordination of the style guide in all parts of the world.
- Manage and interact with local marketing teams to align efforts and find the best solutions for everyone.
- Manage external suppliers and agencies to optimize costs, timelines, and meet agreed delivery standards and KPIs.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects based on opportunities and business feasibility.
- Define the right output considering the needs of each market.
- Work with multiple (international) stakeholders to develop and deliver content and communications
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Graphic Design
- You have already gained your first working experience of a maximum of 2 years in a multinational, interdivisional, and/or cross-functional role in the industrial or consumer goods sector.
- Languages: fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages (German) are a plus.
- Ability to write, edit, and proofread with attention to detail in English.
- Passionate about point of sales, with a creative approach to proposing new materials.
- Work with multiple (international) stakeholders to develop and deliver content and communications.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt quickly to sometimes ambiguous circumstances and changing priorities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and international environment without compromising the quality of work.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation and change.
- Collaborative and agile learner.
- Ability to build relationships across diverse teams in an inclusive organization.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to see the big picture.
