Your Role
As a Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting future demand for a total portfolio of Electrolux within the country. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other factors to project future demand levels. You will work closely with sales, product line, finance & supply planning team to ensure that the company is able to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs. You will be required to maintain & improve BA Sales & Operations Planning process by collaborating with regional teams (Sales Operations, Supply Chain & Finance).
A Typical Day
· Responsible for running monthly S&OP process for the country along with improving S&OP maturity as per BA S&OP maturity assessment matrix.
· Responsible for developing a short, medium- and long-term forecast (18 months rolling) for the assigned channels/customers including new launches with cross functional collaboration with sales, product line, marketing & finance.
· To generate statistical baseline forecast from SAP – IBP and then plugging in additional demand drivers to get the final agreed unconstraint demand plan.
· Developing effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns which includes Statistical Baseline generation and outlier corrections, incl. sell-out and channel inventory.
· Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact demand forecasts, such as supply chain disruptions or changes in market conditions, including seasonal slowdowns or upcoming promotions
· Monitoring actual demand against forecasted demand, analyzing available data from inventory reports and making adjustments as needed to ensure that inventory levels are optimized
· Responsible to improve monthly Forecast Accuracy and reduce Forecast Bias to have optimum inventory & less write offs in the business.
· Responsible to create visibility on Excess & SLOB to the business commercial team to enable creation of liquidation plan fully reflected in Demand plan within monthly S&OP cycle.
· Responsible for maintaining correct SLA/Safety stocks based on the statistical safety stocks modeling and with the agreement from supply planning team.
· To communicate & closely coordinate with supply planning team at all levels (APMEA group factories, XBA group factories & OEM suppliers) to maintain continuous & efficient supply.
· Responsible to have weekly and biweekly beats between business teams and suppliers’ entities.
· Facilitating & leading the monthly country executive S&OP with all related preparation.
· Responsible to manage E2E phase in and phase out plan to have minimum SLOB while improving “Time to Market” for NPI, Responsible for activities related to Supply Chain within launch planning process.
· Supports in implementation journey of new process & systems as a part of organization strategy.
· Should be able to understand financial implication linked to any decision and have a basic balance sheet & P&L understanding.
· Should be having a creative mind to come up with required business KPI dashboard.
In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’s Internal & External customers. You should be confident in dealing with leaders both
from a country level and region level perspective.

EDUCATION
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering, Business Management, Foreign Trade, Statistics, etc.
§ Post-graduation – Within the field of Logistics and supply chain will be plus point.
§ Professional certification i.e. ASCM (formerly known as APICS) CPIM or CSCP will be another plus point.
EXPERIENCE
§ At least 5 – 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, working with the sales teams & customers
§ Strong knowledge of overall S&OP, demand planning, forecasting, scheduling & MRP techniques and SAR ERP systems such as SAP – ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP etc.
§ Strong data analysis capability, enable to use data analysis tools, generate dashboard and do deep data analysis such as Power BI / Query, etc.
§ People & team management experience,
§ MS Office advanced.
§ Advanced English.
§ Available for international travels
