IT Business Analyst SCM
SR Technics is undergoing a digital transformation program with the aim to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and elevate the quality of our services. The program scope includes at its core a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA and iMRO.
The position holder is acting at the pulse of the business stakeholders, consulting management and project responsible on the definition of digitalization initiatives and implementation of business applications in the area of supply chain management (from demand to fulfilment).
Your tasks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging SCM solutions to optimize business processes, drive business growth and efficiency
- Deliver the roadmap for SCM digitalization and innovation involving relevant technologies (such as SAP) and their integrations aligned with senior management in Procurement and Logistics
- Act as a bridge between business and IT solutioning teams, managing requirements, impact to cross-area processes and systems and expected benefits
- Setup and deliver SCM projects including activities such as business case development, planning, resource management, risks, and go-live
- Promote collaboration across different internal and external parties to ensure cohesive and aligned execution of strategic initiatives
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven track record in business IT consulting and solution implementations of SAP SCM modules (especially MM, eWM, TM), integration with third party Supply Chain solutions, and experience in aligning these with business strategies. Preference given for prior experience with S/4HANA and GTS
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process improvement, project management, demand management and requirements management
- Industry experience in MRO, Aerospace and Aviation and / or Equipment or Machine manufacturing is preferred
- Established business process knowledge in procurement, global trading, warehouse management, and logistics execution
- Good knowledge of solution and service market as well as digitalization and standardization trends in supply chain management
- Independent and pragmatic working attitude, ability to master complexity, to structure work and to facilitate and deliver solutions
- Reliable and supportive team player, good communicator and engaged negotiator
- Fluent in written and spoken English
