- Responsibility for product management of customer variants of platform products
- Support and coordination of an interdisciplinary product care team
- Representation of customer requirements in projects and stakeholder management
- Main contact for internal and external inquiries, including customer visits and workshops
- Contribution to commercial analyses and coordination of product changes, and optimizations (including change control & CAPAs)
- Creating and supporting project orders and offers and ensuring compliance with contractual aspects for customers and partners
- Managing sample products for customers and exhibitions and solving technical, quality, logistical, and commercial challenges to ensure product profitability and customer satisfaction
- Completed education either in the field of technology or natural sciences (engineer or comparable qualification) or a business education (University, HF)
- Further training in business administration is an advantage for engineers or natural scientists
- Experience in organizing and implementing interdisciplinary projects
- Flair for customer contact and customer care
- Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working and high degree of independence
- Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
