- You are overall responsible to develop a competitive as well as standardized solution to Swisslogs regions in line with our corporate strategy
- You lead a team of Solutions Designers, Sales Support Managers and System Integrators to create and deliver a holistic solution to Swisslogs regions
- You are defining the market position of Pallet ASRS and conduct competitor analysis and market research, work closely with the regional sales and business development team, and drive marketing initiatives to support solution awareness and sales.
- You gather, consolidate and structure requirements, taken from customer visits, trade shows and a general market expertise to create a solution roadmap.
- You will support sales on the new product introduction (NPI) process for launching new solutions to market, driving adoption, and equipping the sales team with the knowledge and tools to be successful.
- You will also run demonstrations at trade shows and webinars, giving presentations and creating marketing material to showcase your solution to increase market acceptance and adoption.

- You have a technical as well as business driven background
- You have proven experience with Solution, Portfolio- and Product Management
- You bring Customer Business Process Expertise
- You are experienced with Customer and Market Analysis
- You are characterized by organizational savvy, commercial acumen and customer focus
- Excellent presentation skills and fluent English and German round off your profile
