What you'll do:
Execute tests according to agreed instructions, including international and Electrolux internal standards. Set up and prepare tests in terms of equipment, samples, area, materials, and any other conditions necessary to properly complete the evaluation. Undertake assigned technical tasks of low complexity under the supervision of professional colleagues. Use existing procedures to support the daily laboratory activities. Receive instructions, guidance, and direction from others.
The Laboratory Specialist position may be preceded by a Lab Assistant entry point where new employees learn from colleagues and build up experience of our products and processes.
In detail, you will:
Execute tests according to agreed instructions, including International and Electrolux internal standards.
Set up and prepare tests in terms of equipment, samples, area, materials, and any other conditions necessary to properly complete the evaluation.
Undertake assigned technical tasks of low complexity under the supervision of professional colleagues.
Use existing procedures to support the daily laboratory activities.
Work on practical tasks following established procedures with moderate/limited guidance
Prioritize and organize own work to deliver to agreed deadlines
Apply knowledge/skills to standard day to day activities; understands how the team collaborates with others to accomplish team objectives
Main product Dish Washer Development according to product requirements, problem analysis and solving and could be able to support workload according to Fabric Care.
Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities
Qualifications:
High vocational ’s Degree or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge
0-2 years’ experience. This is an entry job for a technical school graduate, a starter job within the company in Engineering or others related field.
Knowledge
Products knowledge, Dish Washer, Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, and Tumble Dryer Functionality, Test Equipment and Data Acquisition. Product System Validation and reliability, and Product Safety
Skills
Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Judgement & decision making, and Reliability & System Validation Testing
Where you'll be:
You will be based in our Rayong plant and report to Mechanics, Validation & Model Shop Manager.
